Gabriel P. Hanna is an associate attorney at the Bankruptcy Law Center specializing in complex bankruptcy cases and appellate litigation. Throughout his career, he has handled hearings, trials, appeals, and multimillion-dollar cases. He is a key member of our complex bankruptcy and adversary proceedings team.
He previously worked for the Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division One. During law school, Gabriel received the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Skills I, Legal Skills II, and California Evidence (Civil and Criminal Evidence). He previously worked at two consumer litigation law firms, one of which has recovered over twenty-five billion dollars.
Gabriel found his passion during law school excelling at exceptionally challenging yet ultimately successful cases. He has worked on a variety of complex bankruptcy cases, including multimillion-dollar debt, non-consumer cases.
Gabriel is a San Diegan native and attended California Western School of Law and the University of San Diego, where he received a scholarship with the prestigious USD Choral Scholars and performed High Mass before Pope Benedict XVI. He enjoys traveling abroad, watching documentaries, and composing music.
